Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued invitations to apply (ITAs) in the latest Express Entry draw.

The department invited 964 candidates in a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)- only draw.

To be considered, candidates required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 686.

If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
