Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Handle LAN networking tasks including cabling, IP addressing, and connectivity issues.

  • Provide printer installation and troubleshooting support.

  • Install and update operating systems, drivers, and required software.

  • Provide technical support to staff for system-related issues.

Requirements

  • Qualification: B.Sc / B.Tech / +2 with IT Diploma

  • Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office installation, and system configuration

  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Work & Travel

  • Reporting Location: Karnal

  • Candidate may need to travel to any of the company’s 12 branches when required.

  • Travel expenses will be covered by the company.

  • Salary: 15,000 - 20,000
