Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain records of university contracts, agreements, and communications.

  • Coordinate meetings, webinars, and visits with university representatives.

  • Support the organization of university visits, events, and seminars.

  • Maintain regular communication with partner institutions via email and phone.

  • Review agreement terms carefully, including refund policies, commission structures, and obligations before signing.

  • Maintain licenses, certificates, and registrations, ensuring timely renewals.

  • Update and manage the commission list for partner institutions, including agreement dates, commission structures, and key terms.

  • Address and resolve queries or issues between students and universities.

  • Act as a coordination bridge between counsellors, the admissions team, and universities.

  • Represent Western Overseas in meetings, events, or seminars organized by universities when required.
