USA IMPORTANT UPDATE

The U.S. Embassy in India has updated its policy for all visa categories. From now on, there must be a mandatory minimum gap of 72 hours (3 days) between the Biometric appointment and the Visa interview. Back-to-back scheduling is no longer allowed for any new appointment bookings.

  • Applicants who already have scheduled appointments should review their dates.
  • If there is a 2-3 day gap between the Biometric and Interview no changes are necessary.
  • This new rule applies to all future appointments and must be followed without exception.
