Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact and strategic support to the Managing Director.

  • Manage the MD's complex calendar, schedule, travel, and high-level communications.

  • Serve as a liaison for VIP clients, corporate partners, and overseas institutions, ensuring exceptional service and confidentiality.

  • Prepare, review, and format critical documents, reports, presentations, and business proposals.

  • Monitor key immigration case progressions and deadlines, facilitating seamless coordination between the MD and legal/counselling teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in immigration, legal services, education, or corporate consulting.

  • Strong understanding of global immigration processes and visa categories (Study, Work, PR, etc.).

  • Good command of English, with exceptional communication, discretion, and interpersonal skills..
