Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact and strategic support to the Managing Director.

Manage the MD's complex calendar, schedule, travel, and high-level communications.

Serve as a liaison for VIP clients, corporate partners, and overseas institutions, ensuring exceptional service and confidentiality.

Prepare, review, and format critical documents, reports, presentations, and business proposals.

Monitor key immigration case progressions and deadlines, facilitating seamless coordination between the MD and legal/counselling teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in immigration, legal services, education, or corporate consulting.

Strong understanding of global immigration processes and visa categories (Study, Work, PR, etc.).

Good command of English, with exceptional communication, discretion, and interpersonal skills..
