Key Responsibilities:

Counsel clients on work visa pathways, eligibility criteria, and documentation.

Call employers directly to inquire about job openings, understand current labor market trends, and explore sponsorship opportunities for clients.

Maintain an updated database of active employers, job vacancies, and in-demand occupations.

Assist clients in matching their profiles with suitable job opportunities abroad.

Handle end-to-end case filing, including document collection, form filling, checklist preparation, and submission coordination.

Track application statuses, follow up with processing offices, and update clients regularly.

Stay updated on Canada immigration policies, LMIA requirements, and work permit categories.

Collaborate with documentation and legal teams to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline; certification in immigration law is a plus.

0–2 years of experience in immigration counseling or related fields (freshers with strong communication can apply).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Basic understanding of Canada work visa processes and LMIA is preferred.

Comfortable making outbound calls to international employers.

Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
