Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and professionals on appropriate visa pathways—study, work, visitor, or PR—based on their profile and goals.

Provide accurate information on documentation, financial requirements, processing times, and embassy guidelines.

Handle end-to-end visa filing, including document verification, form filling, checklist preparation, and submission coordination.

Track application statuses, follow up with embassies/visa offices, and keep clients informed throughout the process.

Stay updated on visa policies, country-specific updates, and immigration trends.

Maintain detailed client records in CRM and assist the operations team as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

0–2 years of experience in visa/immigration counseling preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Basic understanding of visa categories and documentation is a plus.

Detail-oriented, patient, and client-focused.

Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning CRM tools.
