Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and professionals on appropriate visa pathways—study, work, visitor, or PR—based on their profile and goals.

  • Provide accurate information on documentation, financial requirements, processing times, and embassy guidelines.

  • Handle end-to-end visa filing, including document verification, form filling, checklist preparation, and submission coordination.

  • Track application statuses, follow up with embassies/visa offices, and keep clients informed throughout the process.

  • Stay updated on visa policies, country-specific updates, and immigration trends.

  • Maintain detailed client records in CRM and assist the operations team as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

  • 0–2 years of experience in visa/immigration counseling preferred but not mandatory.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of visa categories and documentation is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, patient, and client-focused.

  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning CRM tools.
