• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients seeking visa and immigration guidance.

• Understand client profiles, academic/professional backgrounds, and immigration aspirations.

• Provide accurate and clear information on visa processes for countries like Canada, Australia, the UK, USA, and more.

• Explain services, courses (IELTS/PTE coaching), and schedule consultations with expert counselors.

• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up with leads to ensure conversion.

• Collaborate with the counseling and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic understanding of study visas, work permits, or PR processes is preferred.

• Graduate in any discipline; freshers with good communication may apply.

• Customer-oriented, patient, and able to handle queries professionally.
