Position Overview:
The PR Visa Counselor assists clients in understanding and completing the process of applying for Permanent Residency (PR) in various countries. The role involves providing expert immigration advice, evaluating client eligibility, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth submission of applications while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients on immigration options and PR pathways based on their qualifications and goals.

• Assess client eligibility and provide accurate information about visa requirements and procedures.

• Guide clients in preparing, organizing, and reviewing all necessary documents for PR applications.

• Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and updates for different countries.

• Maintain accurate client records and track application progress.

• Handle client inquiries and provide timely updates on application status.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and compliant processing of applications.

• Deliver excellent customer service to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in immigration, law, or related fields).

• Strong knowledge of international immigration and PR processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
