Position: Study Visa Counselor (Australia & UK)

Overview:
The Study Visa Counselor is responsible for guiding students through the admission and visa application process for higher education in Australia and the United Kingdom. The role involves assessing student profiles, providing accurate information on courses, universities, and visa requirements, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end process from application to visa approval.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on study options, courses, and universities in Australia and the UK.

• Evaluate academic backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable institutions.

• Guide students through the complete visa process, including documentation and application submission.

• Provide up-to-date information on admission procedures, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa regulations.

• Coordinate with universities, colleges, and visa offices as required.

• Maintain accurate student records and follow up throughout the admission and visa process.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential students to ensure timely conversions.

• Achieve individual and team enrollment and visa targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• In-depth knowledge of study visa processes for Australia and the UK.

• Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple applications.

• Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
