Overview:
The Tele Counselor in the immigration industry is responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone to promote and explain immigration and visa services. The role involves understanding client requirements, providing initial counseling on visa options, generating leads, and assisting the sales or counseling team in converting inquiries into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients interested in immigration or PR services.

  • Provide accurate information about immigration programs (e.g., Canada, Australia, UK, etc.).

  • Assess basic eligibility and schedule appointments for detailed counseling sessions.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure timely conversion.

  • Record and update client details and interactions in the CRM system.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

  • Stay updated on the latest immigration policies and program changes.

  • Deliver professional and courteous service to enhance client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong persuasion and client-handling abilities.

  • Basic understanding of immigration and visa processes (training will be provided).
