Before getting into the details about the changes in the blocked account let's understand the blocked account first. In every country student needs to prove that he has a sufficient amount of stay in a particular country. For this, some country asks to show funds in the form of savings, or FD. But in some countries like Germany it is asked to put the amount in the form of an FD in a German bank and after reaching Germany Students can withdraw a particular amount every month for their living. For a German study visa, the STUDENT needs to transfer his living expenses to a German bank and he can receive a fixed amount of instalment money every month. That is called a blocked account. Some of the blocked account names are Expatrio, Fintiba, Remitax etc. So From now on, the student needs to put 11903 Euro in the Blocked account out of which he can receive 992 per month for his living during his/her stay. In Indian currency, this amount would be INR______ approx. The best thing is that this can be a fresh fund.
What is an APS certificate?
Before knowing the different categories of Appointments, first, you need to know about APS CERTIFICATE. SO APS CERTIFICATE is an essential document for international students. It is issued by the APS Center. It provides the authenticity for the Indian academic documents. The full form of APS is the Academic Evaluation Center. It may take up to 1 month to 3 months. The processing fee is 18000 INR.

In Germany, Every student needs to book an appointment to submit a file to the embassy.
